WEEKLY WELLNESS VISITS
WHAT
Weekly Wellness Visits include a wellness check in which your certified RN assesses your vital signs, weight, and skin condition. Your RN has necessary supplies to take health screenings and provide relevant trends (heart rate, blood pressure, weight, pulse, glucose levels, etc.) for your primary physician. Your RN will help set out pill trays for the week and fill upcoming weeks. This service is always individualized. For example: if a doctor asks for your blood pressure over the next two weeks at daily intervals, your nurse will make sure the doctor receives everything he or she needs.
COST
No contract. No obligations. Pay weekly for services. Services cost $100/hour. Typical timeframe: 1 hour a week. On average, this service costs $400/month.
WHO
Those that benefit most from this service are senior citizens who need help with their prefer to live independently but require assistance with daily tasks or are simply lonely and seek companionship.
WHY
We genuinely care about the seniors in our community and feel they deserve to stay in their homes for as long as possible with just a small amount of help. A weekly visit can be all one may need to stay safely in their home.
